Established as a care home for the past three decades, Cwm Cartref is a 45-bed nursing and residential care home at the heart of the community of Neath and Port Talbot. All of our staff focus on caring for every resident as an individual. Great attention has been invested in the creation of a comfortable, modern environment which includes outstanding fine dining facilities, spacious communal lounges and relaxing, well-equipped bedrooms for all residents. Every aspect of our service proposition revolves around outstanding, person-centred care; from tailored nutrition plans to the many recreational activities available.
In order to access the best care for your loved one, it is important to select the correct service. Please see the list below of available services at Cwm Cartref Care Home:

“I have been incredibly fortunate to be the manager of Cwm Cartref Care Home for the past three years. During this time, I have had the pleasure of getting to know so many special people. The job brings many rewards and my overall aim is to ensure that the highest possible standard of care is delivered in a comfortable and safe environment. When guiding the family of a potential resident around the home I always make it clear that, whilst our team may work here, we are actually guests in the home of our residents; and we respect this at all times.”
