Bella Bates Finalist at the Wales Care Awards 2026

Caron Group is celebrating after Bella Bates, Regional Support Lead, was named a finalist in the Excellence in Supporting Function category at the Care Forum Wales Care Awards 2026.

The Wales Care Awards recognise the people across the social care sector in Wales who go above and beyond in their roles. The Excellence in Supporting Function category specifically celebrates those working behind the scenes, whose contribution keeps care homes running smoothly for residents, families and colleagues alike.

Bella plays a vital role in supporting homes, colleagues, residents and families across the Caron Group network, consistently demonstrating the values that are at the heart of outstanding care. Working tirelessly behind the scenes, she helps ensure homes run smoothly day to day, often unseen work, but work that has a direct impact on the quality of care residents receive and on the wellbeing of the staff delivering it.

Her commitment to supporting others, and the positive difference she makes every day, has made this recognition a thoroughly deserved one.
